Guarantee
All items we sell are guaranteed. If an item should arrive "broken" or "damaged" then that item will be replaced. All items are checked before shipping so in the unfortunate event that your item is damaged in transit we will replace your item free of charge.
We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your item or items you may return them for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days. All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please contact us by email for return information. A small 10 % restocking fee will be applied. Sorry , but this is what the fulfillment house charges us!

If an item(s) should arrive damaged please email us at virtualgiftworld@aol.com to let us know you have a damaged item. We will get back to you with instructions usually within 24 hours.
