Shopping Cart Help:
If you have any problem with the shopping cart such as after ordering a few items you find you cannot scroll down to click "Continue Shopping" or "Secure Checkout" or the shopping cart window seems large this may be due to security settings and different computer screen resolutions. To easily solve this, if it should happen, just click the Maximize Button in the upper right corner which is the "SQUARE" in the middle. See image below:
After clicking the "SQUARE" the window will "MAXIMIZE" to fit your screen. And now the "SQUARE" in the middle will look like 2 "SQUARES" (see image below). This should solve any issues you may have with scrolling down in the shopping cart. You should now have scroll bars.
General Ordering Information:
We use the very safe and secure Paypal shopping cart technology. All major credit cards are accepted.
To order just click any "Add To Cart" button and your item will be added to your shopping cart. The first column on your shopping cart page shows the quantity of each item you are buying. If you notice a different number of items than you ordered then just erase the number that is there and make any corrections and then click update cart and that will correct any quantities.
Click your "View Cart" button at the bottom of any page and you can instantly check your shopping cart, then click "Continue Shopping" to go back to shopping. The shopping cart also opens up in a seperate window so you can switch between your shopping cart and browsing by clicking the appropriate button on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.

Shipping Information:
All packages are shipped by UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified. Packaged should arrive 7-10 days after ordering with credit card. For money orders allow a few more days as your order must arrive here before we can process it. Orders by personal check MUST clear before orders are shipped.

Damaged Item(s):
If an item(s) should arrive damaged please email us at virtualgiftworld@aol.com to let us know you have a damaged item. We will get back to you with instructions usually within 24 hours.
